Job summary

rms Company in Minnesota seeks an Additive Programmer to develop and optimize programs for DMP machines and ensure accuracy for production on the 3D printing floor.

You will maintain files, support process improvements, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering to drive throughput and part quality.

This on-site role operates Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:00pm, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth in additive manufacturing.

Qualifications

• CAD/CAM software knowledge (e.g., 3DXpert, nTopology, SolidWorks, Creo, GibbsCAM).
• Understanding of Laser Bed Powder Fusion; 3D printing slicing software is a plus.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and electronic data management.

Responsibilities

• Writes/edits AM programs and instruction sheets for DMP machines.
• Monitors program performance after implementation and adjusts as needed.
• Maintains program files and documentation for each job.
