Job summary

Oaklawn Psychiatric Center is seeking an Addictions Team Leader in South Bend, Indiana. In this role, you will provide clinical and administrative oversight to a team of addiction therapists, focus on team cohesion, and build partnerships within the community.

Qualifications

What You'll Do as the Addictions Team Leader

Duties

• Will provide clinical and administrative oversight to a team of addiction therapists.
• Will be responsible for building and maintaining a cohesive team, hiring and training of new team members, providing oversight of staff billing, clinical documentation and maintaining a budget.
• Work to build relationships with community partners and organizations; build and inspire a cohesive team promoting efficiency and teamwork.

Requirements

• LCSW/LMFT/LMHC required. LCAC preferred.
• Requires knowledge of human development and behavior
• Familiar with treatment modalities and psychological theory Independent judgment
• An ability to identify alternative actions
• 3-6 years of addictions and/or supervisory experience.
• There is a $2000 sign‑on bonus for this position (pro‑rated by FTE).
