Qualifications

• 3-6 years of addictions and/or supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of psychological theory and treatment modalities necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative oversight to a team of addiction therapists.
• Hire and train new team members and oversee staff billing and clinical documentation.
• Build relationships with community partners to inspire a cohesive team.
