Job summary

Vinfen Corporation, a member of the PACT program, seeks an Addictions Specialist to provide treatment, rehabilitation, and support services within a multidisciplinary team. The role includes leading intervention strategies, relapse prevention plans, and motivational interviewing under supervision.

Qualifications

• CPR certification within two weeks of hire.
• First Aid certification within two weeks of hire.
• CPSS and NET certifications required.
• PACT Module Training required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for an assigned group of persons served and coordinate ITT activities.
• Conduct comprehensive assessment of psychiatric history, mental status, health, and social functioning.
• Consult with community agencies and families to maintain treatment coordination.
• Perform shift management with other PACT shift managers per policies.
• Provide on-call crisis intervention covering weekends and nighttime hours.
• Document persons served progress to maintain permanent records.
• Participate in daily staff organizational meetings and IAP review meetings.
• Participate in treatment, rehabilitation, and support services.
• Perform other related duties as required.
