Job summary

Above It All is seeking an Addictions Clinical Supervisor to provide administrative oversight of the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program in Baltimore, MD. The role includes supervising and planning therapeutic activities for individuals and groups, and counseling clients as needed.

The candidate will be a key contributor within our interdisciplinary team, integrating knowledge of client conditions to ensure individualized, high-quality care delivery and compliance with program standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or related discipline required.
• Certification or licensure as an alcohol and drug counselor required.
• Approval to supervise by the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative oversight of the SUD program.
• Supervise, plan, and conduct therapeutic activities for individuals and groups.
• Counsel clients individually and in groups as needed.
• Coaching and hands-on supervision of SUD direct care staff.
• Develop staffing plan for rehabilitation and recovery services.
