Harris Health seeks an Addiction Nurse for the Office Based Addiction Treatment Program to coordinate interdisciplinary care for opioid-dependent patients and their support systems. The AN-OBATP collaborates with Harris Health teams and external sites to ensure stabilization, assessment, and appropriate referrals.

The role emphasizes professionalism, Service FIRST interaction with patients and families, and improving outcomes in a cost-effective manner within the program.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Texas RN licensure required.
• Case Management or Addictions (CARN) certification within two years of employment.
• Three years of RN experience; one year in mental health or case management; addiction setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate interdisciplinary care management for opioid-dependent patients.
• Support stabilization, intake, evaluation, and monitoring within the OP Program.
• Collaborate with Harris Health System teams and external referral sites.
• Promote quality care and cost-effective outcomes; participate in quality improvement activities.
