Job summary

The Addiction Counselor role at Enterprise Management Solutions in Baltimore provides therapeutic services across three residential locations. You will conduct one 45-60 minute session daily per location and collaborate with supervisors to improve client outcomes.

Applicants should have Maryland licensure for LCADC/LGADC/CAC-AD/CSCAD/ADT, an Associates Degree, and 1-2 years of addiction counseling experience, preferably in residential settings. Travel between sites is required.

• Ability to travel between three residential locations

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group counseling sessions at three designated locations as per the weekly schedule.
• Address addiction recovery, coping mechanisms, and relapse prevention in therapy sessions.
• Document client sessions, treatment plans, and progress in ICANotes.
• Collaborate with the Counseling Supervisor and Program Director for additional tasks as needed.
