Job summary
Keystone Center in Chester, PA, seeks an Addictions Counselor to provide direct patient care for adults with substance use disorders and dual diagnoses. The role includes maintaining a safe milieu, assessing progress, delivering individual and group education, and engaging with the multidisciplinary team to meet treatment plan objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor or Associate degree in a related mental health discipline from an accredited college.
- High School Diploma or equivalent with experience in a chemical dependency and/or mental health treatment setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor/deliver high-quality services to dually diagnosed/chemically dependent patients.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic milieu and assess/document progress in treatment.
- Deliver individual and group educational services, crisis intervention, and participate with the multidisciplinary team.
- Contribute to meeting each patient's treatment plan objectives.
