Job summary

Recovery Network seeks two full-time Addiction Counselors to join our Maryland team. One for Outpatient (Levels 2.1 & 1.5) and one for Residential (3.1) level of care. Work hours are standard daytime and early evening shifts with supervision by an LCSW-C.

The role requires active Maryland licenses (ADT/CSC-AD/CAC-AD/LMSW/LGPC) and at least two years of SUD experience. EMR proficiency, strong documentation, and compassionate client care are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland license (ADT/CSC-AD/CAC-AD/LMSW/LGPC).
• Minimum 2 years of Substance Use Disorder experience.
• Proficient in documentation and client notes.
• Familiar with DHMH/CARF requirements and EMR use.

Responsibilities

• Run outpatient/inpatient groups (OP/IOP) for SUD.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and group notes under supervision.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain patient care.
• Attend trainings and maintain licensure as required.

Recovery Network provides quality addiction treatment, behavioral health therapy, & treatment for individuals with a dual diagnosis. We are looking to hire two (2) highly motivated, reliable, & professional full-time Addiction's Counselor's to join our team! (1 person for Outpatient - Levels 2.1 & 1.5 & 1 person for Residential 3.1 level of care!)

Responsibilities

• Run OP / IOP substance use disorder groups.
• Complete substance use disorder assessments, treatment plans, group notes, & other clinical documentation under the supervision of an LCSW-C.
• Take part in a multi-disciplinary team to maintain excellent client care & treatment.
• Attain occasional trainings & maintain licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Active ADT, CSC-AD, CAC-AD, LMSW or LGPC license in the State of Maryland.
• At least 2 years' experience with a substance use disorder population.
• Computer literate & experience working in EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems.
• Possess sound judgement, professionalism, & compassion for client care.
• Excellent documentation & communication skills.
• Familiarity with DHMH / CARF requirements.

Hours

• Full-Time - Residential 3.1 Level of Care:
• Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm

• Full-time - Outpatient Level 2.1 & 1.5 Levels of Care:
• Monday - Thursday from 11:30am - 8:30pm
• Friday from 11:00am - 3:00pm
