• Experience with EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling and facilitate educational and counseling groups.
• Assess clients' strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences; formulate DSM-based impressions and develop a treatment plan.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support diagnosis and treatment.
• Coordinate with community resources and provide direct behavioral health services.
