Job summary

Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian seeks a Licensed Therapist for SolMar Recovery at the Newport Beach campus. You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy as part of an interdisciplinary team.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and counselors to ensure coordinated care, discharge planning, and ongoing recovery support, while maintaining compliant documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in MFT or MSW.
• Licensed status in CA required (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW).
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, counselors, and families.
• Develop discharge and aftercare plans to support sustained recovery.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Participate in case management, utilization reviews, and treatment team meetings.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and community resources.
