Rochester Regional Health's Chemical Dependency department seeks an Addiction Therapist Supervisor to oversee Addiction Therapists, uphold ethical standards, and support program development. The role includes maintaining a client caseload and ensuring quality of clinical services within regulatory requirements.

The position requires a MS degree and licensure in CASAC, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT, with at least three years of related clinical experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in chemical dependency or behavioral health.
• Licensure: Advanced CASAC, Master CASAC, LMHC, LCSW or LMFT.

Responsabilidades

• Program & Staff Development: supervise and improve clinical services; monitor staff productivity and regulatory compliance.
• Leadership: conduct performance evaluations and improve clinical outcomes such as engagement and retention in treatment.
• Caseload Management: maintain a client caseload and complete medical record documentation within required timeframes and regulatory requirements.
