Centurion Health is seeking an Addiction Recovery Specialist at New Castle Correctional Facility, New Castle, IN. The role provides substance abuse treatment, recovery education, and group counseling to patients in a correctional setting.

The position requires CADAC II or higher certification (or ability to obtain within 24 months), a related bachelor's degree is preferred, and essential certifications (CPR/BLS/AED) along with TB screening.

Qualifications

• CADAC II or higher certification or ability to obtain within 24 months of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in human services field preferred.
• Current TB screening documentation and active CPR, first-aid, BLS, and AED certifications required.
• Must pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provides supportive substance abuse treatment and rehabilitation services to patients within a correctional facility.
• Delivers outpatient treatment, addiction recovery education, and group counseling.

Education

We are seeking an Addiction Recovery Specialist at New Castle Correctional Facilityin New Castle, Indiana.

The Addiction Recovery Specialist provides supportive substance abuse treatment and rehabilitation services to patients within a correctional facility, through outpatient treatment, addiction recovery education, and group counseling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services field preferred
• Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Consultant II (CADAC II+, LAC, LAC-A, LSW) or higher certification/licensureor the ability to obtain within 24 months of hiring date
• Must show/obtain current tuberculosis screening documentation and active CPR, first-aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use certification
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable

Available Shift: full-time days, Monday-Friday
