Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking an Addiction Recovery Specialist at the Wabash Valley Correctional Facility in Carlisle, Indiana. You will provide supportive substance use treatment and rehabilitation services to patients within a correctional setting, including outpatient treatment, recovery education, and group counseling.

Bachelor’s degree in human services is required, with CADAC II+ (or equivalent) certification or the ability to obtain within 24 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services field required.
• CADAC II+, LAC, LAC-A or higher certification/licensure or ability to obtain within 24 months of hire.
• TB screening, CPR, First Aid, BLS, and AED certifications required.
• Background check and agency security clearance as applicable.
• Regular Full Time Day Shift available.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive substance abuse treatment and rehabilitation services within a correctional facility.
• Deliver outpatient treatment, addiction recovery education, and group counseling.
• Maintain required certifications and comply with health and security protocols.
