Centurion Health is seeking an Addiction Recovery Specialist at the Pendleton Correctional Facility in Pendleton, Indiana. This full-time position supports inmates with substance use treatment through outpatient services, education, and group counseling on day shift.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in human services and CADAC II+ or LAC/LSW licensure or ability to obtain within 24 months. Candidates must pass background checks, TB screening, CPR/BLS/AED certifications, and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services field required.
• CADAC II+ or LAC/LAC-A/LSW or higher certification/licensure or ability to obtain within 24 months of hiring date.
• TB screening documentation and CPR, first-aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), and AED certifications required.
• Must pass background check and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive substance abuse treatment and rehabilitation services to patients within a correctional facility.
• Deliver outpatient treatment, addiction recovery education, and group counseling.
• Support program operations and coordinate with clinical and security teams as needed.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
