BH-Alcohol - Drug Recovery Svcs is opening a new facility in Wisconsin Rapids and seeks a Nurse Practitioner – Addiction Medicine to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care in collaboration with a licensed physician.

You will obtain histories, perform exams, order labs, create individualized treatment plans including medication-assisted treatments, and educate patients and families on therapies and expectations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience.
• APNP certification and Wisconsin RN license required.
• BLS certification preferred and must be obtained at time of hire.

Responsabilités

• Obtain and document medical history and physical data.
• Perform physical examinations and document in the EHR.
• Prescribe medications including MAT per guidelines.
• Collaborate with health team for coordinated care.
• Coordinate referrals to providers as needed.
• Provide patient and family education on treatments.
• Lead crisis intervention and coordination of addiction services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation for reimbursement.
