Job summary

Clearfield Comprehensive Treatment Center is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner to lead medical evaluations, develop individualized MAT-based treatment plans, and prescribe medications as allowed by Pennsylvania regulations. You will work within a multidisciplinary team under the Medical Director and Nurse Supervisor to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as NP preferred.
• Experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings preferred.
• Familiarity with MAT: methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone.
• Familiarity with state regulatory standards (e.g., 42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA, Joint Commission).

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and annual evaluations and determine treatment eligibility.
• Order labs, review results, and coordinate care.
• Monitor treatment plans for high-risk patients.
• Prescribe medications per state regulations.
• Collaborate with Medical Director to ensure quality care.
• Document significant patient issues and adverse events.
• Communicate with health care team and supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and legal standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
