Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers in Duffield, VA seeks a Nurse Practitioner to manage care for patients with opioid use disorder in an outpatient setting. You will prescribe medications, document thoroughly, and collaborate with the care team to provide comprehensive services.

Responsibilities include injections and coordination with referrals, with the schedule 8am–5pm, four days a week, 32 hours weekly, full-time with benefits.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner licensed and authorized to practice in the state.
• DEA registration required for controlled substances.
• Medicaid/Medicare credentials or eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinics.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments per assessment.
• Complete medical documentation per standards.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care and referrals.
• Will perform injections.
