Job summary

BrightView Health is seeking a dedicated Counselor to support recovery pathways in Mason, OH. You will conduct group therapy, perform intake assessments, and support treatment planning within a multidisciplinary team.

You will document patient data in the electronic health record, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in on-site meetings. A state-licensed clinician with a minimum bachelor’s degree is required, with two years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active clinical licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree required; higher qualification preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments.
• Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques.
• Assist with treatment planning and monitor progress toward goals.
• Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team.
• Attend required on-site meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Document all treatment data in the electronic health record in a timely and thorough manner.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
