MATClinics in Dundalk, MD is hiring a Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CAC-AD / CSC-AD) for a full-time professional role. The position offers a $3,000 signing bonus and an hourly wage range of $29.00–$35.00, with a hybrid work model and comprehensive behavioral health services.

Responsibilities include clinical evaluations, individualized treatment planning, and evidence-based counseling for SUDs and CODs, plus case management and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland counseling or social work certification/license (CAC-AD, CSC-AD, LGADC, LCADC, LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C).
• At least 1 year of experience in addiction counseling or behavioral health required.
• Tech savviness: Proficiency in navigating multiple technology platforms and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Evaluation & Assessment for SUDs and CODs.
• Person-Centered Treatment Planning with patients.
• Evidence-Based Counseling in individual and group settings.
• Case Management & Service Coordination for caseloads.
• Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration with medical/psychiatric providers.
• Professional Documentation in EHR systems.
