A Wealth Management Firm is looking for an experienced Addepar Reporting Analyst to support client reporting needs in New York City. A Wealth Management Firm is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as an Addepar Reporting Analyst in their New York City office.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain client portfolios and account attributes in Addepar.
• Prepare customized client reports including performance, asset allocation, and cash flow analysis.
• Reconcile custodial data feeds and ensure data integrity across all asset classes.
• Process and maintain alternative investment data within Addepar.
• Perform regular audits and resolve data discrepancies.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and client service teams to support reporting needs.
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in investment reporting or financial analysis, ideally within a wealth management or family office setting.
• Hands-on experience with Addepar is required.
• Strong Excel skills; SQL or Python is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
