Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking an Addepar Analyst for Family Office Client Services & Reporting to join our Capital Partners team in New York, Boston, or Philadelphia. You will deliver consolidated reporting to high-net-worth clients and family offices, collaborating with Relationship Managers and 3rd party advisors.

The role requires Addepar expertise, strong Excel and communication skills, and the ability to handle complex data while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience; Addepar experience is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; multi-sheet analysis and complex formulas.
• Strong knowledge of performance and financial reporting; private investments exposure.
• Ability to analyze monthly performance returns and market value changes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with front office on client reporting.
• Be a subject matter expert on Addepar for issue escalation.
• Configure Addepar reporting with end users; resolve issues.
• Run monthly and quarterly reporting for high-net-worth clients and offices.
• Update asset classifications and pricing in Addepar; reconcile accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
• Identify trends and drive process improvements for efficiency.
