Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman is seeking an Addepar Analyst, Family Office Client Services & Reporting, to join the Capital Partners team. You will deliver consolidated and custom reports for high-net-worth clients and family offices, working with Relationship Managers and third-party advisors.

You will configure Addepar reporting, coordinate internal teams, and handle client inquiries to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including customizing charts and graphs, multi-sheet analysis, linking data across workbooks, and using advanced formulas.
  • Strong knowledge of performance and financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of private investments and ability to track and report on them.
  • Ability to analyze monthly performance returns and market value changes to ensure accuracy.
  • Ability to identify, elevate, and resolve problems/issues.
  • Willingness to become a subject matter expert on new software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Proactive self-starter who is goal oriented.
  • Working knowledge of performance analysis concepts.
  • Experience with First Rate and Sungard AddVantage is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Working directly with the front office on client reporting.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Addepar to serve as the primary point of contact for escalation of all issues.
  • Understanding client relationships and ownership structures which contribute to the accuracy of consolidated reporting.
  • Working closely with Front Office and end users to configure Addepar reporting and resolve issues.
  • Running monthly and quarterly reporting for high-net-worth clients, Family offices, and Endowments and Foundations.
  • Updating asset classification and security pricing in Addepar.
  • Working with an internal performance team to reconcile accounts in Addepar.
  • Reporting on internal and external private investments.
  • Working with internal groups to integrate systems and workflows.
  • Identifying trends and recommending process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Collaborating with various parts of the organization to resolve client issues.
  • Working in complex data sets to identify and resolve data and calculation discrepancies.

Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting an Addepar Analyst, Family Office Client Services & Reporting to join our Capital Partners team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing consolidated reporting to high-net-worth clients and family offices. You will provide consolidated and custom reports in a timely and accurate manner. You will work directly with Relationship Managers and third‑party advisors, handle all client inquiries and resolve issues related to reporting. To be successful, you will need expertise using Addepar, strong technical and interpersonal skills, and communication skills. Location and Compensation

The role can be based in New York, Boston, or Philadelphia and is a hybrid role with a minimum of three days in office.

Salary Range:
NYC/Boston: $65k‑$90k base salary + annual bonus target.
Philadelphia: $75k‑$85k base salary + annual bonus target.
BBH and its affiliates’ compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit‑sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
