Brown Advisory is seeking a dynamic operations professional to support reporting needs for complex client relationships through Addepar. The role offers exposure to a growing team and responsible ownership of core reporting processes.

Ideal candidates bring experience with Addepar and Canoe, strong Excel skills, and a solid grasp of private equity, hedge funds, and market mechanics. Office-based role with fast-paced, client-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Experience using Addepar and Canoe.
• Excel macros and VLOOKUP experience.
• Solid knowledge of private equity, hedge funds, real assets.

Responsibilities

• Own all operational processes within Addepar, the firm’s new supplemental portfolio accounting system.
• On-board large client relationships with complex asset holdings.
• Lead alternative transaction back builds for large and complex relationships.
• Create new alternative assets to ensure timely reporting within our portfolio account system.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports for large client relationships.
• Analyze investment data, including portfolio positions and transactions.
• Troubleshoot reporting or process errors and implement solutions.
• Manage projects to improve reporting content and data governance.
• Develop industry insights through networking and independent research.
