Responsibilities

• Support tech transfer of ADC drug substance programs to manufacturing sites with floor support and batch record review.
• Design and conduct critical experiments to advance project goals and process characterization.
• Draft change control proposals, deviation assessments, and validation protocols/reports.
• Interpret results from multi-stage experiments and propose further experiments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, materials handling, and GxP standards.
