Job summary

MilliporeSigma in St. Louis, MO, is seeking an Associate Production Scientist for rotating shifts in a CDMO ADC production environment. You will manufacture products per established protocols, provide technical support, and help ensure quality and compliance across the manufacturing process.

You will train teammates, maintain logs, and collaborate with multiple departments to optimize operations while handling complex biological processes and GMP requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology).
• Associate degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or any Life Science discipline.
• 2+ years of industry Production/Laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate 12 hour rotating Day/Night shifts with 20% differential.
• Evaluate products per established protocols and meet departmental goals.
• Perform routine processes and unit operations with quality control.
• Maintain training, train teammates, and act as technical consultant.
• Support facility functions: equipment, reagents, supplies, waste disposal.
• Maintain records and logbooks per quality guidelines; communicate status to supervision.
• Collaborate with departments, participate in audits and customer interactions.
• Improve processes using scientific principles and ensure change control compliance.
• Address unsafe conditions and troubleshoot GMP-related challenges.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in scientific discipline

Associate Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or Life Science
