Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking engineers for an on-site Denver role focused on non-relational and emerging database services. You will build, deploy and monitor AWS services, including relational and Aurora platforms, to support-demanding customers.

The team values operational excellence, automation, and deep troubleshooting. A Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance is required, with polygraph or commensurate clearance for each government agency you serve.

Qualifications

You will work with Amazon's largest and most demanding customers to address specific needs across a full suite of services. We are seeking highly motivated engineers who are focused on operational excellence and troubleshooting complex system operations, have a good understanding of Linux and automation. We need engineers who understand how to both think big and simplify solutions to complex problems; all the while ensuring that our customers continue to have the best experience possible.

This position requires that the candidate selected must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance. The position further requires that, after start, the selected candidate obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph or commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
