Job summary

The Goodwill South Florida is seeking an ADC Attendant at the Attended Donation Center-North-ADCNO in Miami to greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and guide them through receipts and forms.

The role requires excellent customer service, ability to work flexible weekends, and travel within the region. Training new staff and maintaining clean donation areas are part of duties.

Qualifications

  • Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet donors upon arrival at the attended donation center.
  • Unload or assist the donor in unloading donations from the donor’s vehicle.
  • Offer donation receipts to donors and assist donors in completing the form.
  • Thank the donor for the donation.
  • Sort donations in a 3-sider or hamper according to the item category.
  • Notify the office of ADC status, trash, oversized items, donors, and needed repairs daily.
  • Clean the interior and surrounding exterior area of the donation center.
  • Complete the donor log, electrical, and other forms as required.
  • Train new ADC attendants on donation center responsibilities.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and travel to different locations within the region.
  • All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Summary
