Job summary

Technical Professionals Group, LLC is seeking reliable Test Drivers in the Hutto, Texas area to support ADAS data-logging projects. You will operate vehicles with logging systems, follow predefined routes, and report mileage and route observations using client tools.

Responsibilities include daily safety inspections, data logger startup and monitoring, and accurate reporting. A clean driving record, basic PC skills, and a willingness to learn are required for this safety-sensitive role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of vehicle systems and functions.
• Strong data aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Clean driving record
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate project vehicles on public roads following planned routes, defined driving profiles, and scheduled test times.
• Follow all assigned routes as displayed on the vehicle's GPS.
• Alternate between different assigned driver profiles as required by the project.
• Ensure continuous testing unless safety concerns or vehicle failure.
• Maintain vehicle operability and notify client of major issues or deviations.
• Provide route modifications details to client for re-evaluation when needed.
• Conduct a full vehicle safety inspection at each shift.
• Run data logger startup and monitor logger behavior during shifts.
• Submit daily mileage, route observations, and comments using Dursuite.
• Follow all client data-management procedures precisely.
