What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Conduct thorough reviews of estimates, photos, and documentation for ADAS repair opportunities
  2. Ensure all repairs, including ADAS calibrations, follow proper protocols and documentation standards
  3. Manage escalations from field operators and insurance carriers, resolving issues efficiently
  4. Provide training and support to service advisors to enhance compliance and technical understanding
  5. Analyze estimate reviews to identify areas for Gross Profit (GP%) improvement and prepare reports for management

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. High school diploma or GED required
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating or ADAS repair processes
  3. Proficient in repair procedures, CCC Pathways estimating software, and ADAS systems
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Ability to interpret service information and resolve escalations efficiently
