Job summary

Impellam Group's Integrated Vehicle Systems (IVS) Department in Ann Arbor, MI seeks an Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Engineer to lead development from concept to production. You will plan parts and systems, evaluate ADAS features, collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, and drive risk management, testing, and validation through SOP.

Responsibilities include cross-functional coordination, ensuring schedules, and superb communication with executive leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent.
5+ years leading or collaborating on large-scale ADAS projects.
Experience with Vehicle ECU, CAN/CAN-FD in-vehicle networks.
Experience in Python/C++ development for ADAS.

Responsibilities

Plan structure of parts and systems through target setting and interface definitions.
Develop and evaluate next-generation ADAS features from concept to production.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to meet schedules and targets.
Conduct risk management to maintain performance, cost, mass and quality.
Support testing and validation through SOP and joint testing activities.
Communicate with design centers and executives to align on program goals.
