Qualifications

• Must have high school degree or GED.
• 4+ years automotive/electronic technician experience required.
• Knowledge of OE scan tools and wiring repair procedures.
• Ability to service A/C systems and diagnose automotive issues.
• Basic computer skills including email, spreadsheets, and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Determines testing and analysis by communicating with shop representatives and reviewing all repair estimates.
• Performs diagnostic testing, programming, ADAS calibrations and analysis.
• Performs wiring repairs.
• Advises shop of needed repairs.
• Keeps inventory of stock and communicates with support staff for orders and receipts.
• Writes, prints and emails service invoices.
• Collects signature or payment for work performed.
• Delivers completed invoices and payments to office in an orderly manner.
• Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting, maintaining supplies, and performing preventative maintenance.
• Collaborates with teammates to schedule/complete jobs.
• Other duties, as assigned
