Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Automotive ADAS Technician in Milwaukee, WI. You’ll engage with customers, conduct vehicle testing and repairs, generate invoices, manage inventory, and embody our Brand Ambassador standards at all times.

Key responsibilities include diagnostic testing, ADAS calibrations, wiring repairs, and advising on needed work. You will maintain stock, process orders, and ensure invoices are delivered accurately to customers and offices.

Qualifications

• Must possess high school degree or GED equivalent.
• Knowledge of OE scan tools and wiring repair procedures.
• Ability to service automotive A/C systems and perform diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Determines testing and analysis by communicating with shop representatives and reviews all estimates for repair.
• Performs diagnostic testing, programming, ADAS calibrations and analysis
• Performs wiring repairs
• Advises shop of needed repairs
• Keeps inventory of stock, communicating with support staff for needed orders and verifying order receipts
• Writes, prints and emails service invoices
• Collects signature or payment for work performed
• Delivers completed invoices and payments to office in orderly manner
• Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshoots breakdowns; maintains supplies; performs preventative maintenance; advises management of repairs; keeps Google Drive up to date
• Collaborates with teammates according to PPT guidelines to schedule/complete jobs
• Other duties, as assigned
