Job summary

Synergy Bank is seeking a Floating Teller to deliver outstanding customer service and efficiently process branch transactions at multiple locations across our network. The role requires adaptability to different branch environments and a focus on accurate cash handling and transaction processing.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in customer service, cash handling experience, and a high school diploma or GED; an Associate degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in customer service.
• Cash handling experience.

• Preferred: Associate Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Synergy Bank's standard of excellence in customer service and build positive relationships with customers.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments and other teller transactions accurately.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and verify totals against system proofs.
• Follow policies, regulatory requirements and internal controls to prevent fraud and protect customers.
• Provide support across branches as needed and adapt to different branch environments.
