Qualifications

• Experience working with children with disabilities in educational, therapeutic, or caregiving settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and adaptability.
• Willingness to participate in training; no swim-instruction experience required.
• Dependable with 90% attendance and weekend availability (Sat or Sun 3–8 PM).

Responsibilities

• Provide swim instruction exclusively to SNAP students.
• Adapt lessons to each child's needs and learning style.
