Job summary

Mass General Brigham Rehabilitation Hospital of the Cape and Islands Corporation seeks an Adaptive Sport Associate to support onsite adaptive sport and recreation programs in East Sandwich, MA. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 1–2 years of experience in adapted sport programming preferred.
• Experience with people with disabilities acceptable with 0–1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist adaptive sport and recreation programs for participants of all ages and abilities, including session plans and equipment prep.
• Review participant intakes to determine equipment needs and communicate with clients.
• Prepare, monitor, and maintain facilities and equipment for programs and events.
• Maintain attendance records and communicate program information to participants and staff.
• Provide information and demonstrations to new employees, volunteers, and students; mentor learners.
