Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional Flex Officer to protect client sites across industries such as Healthcare, Education, and Finance. You will use our shift-pickup platform to view and claim open shifts, building a schedule that fits your availability while gaining hands-on experience across multiple sites.

The role may involve irregular shifts with little notice. You will patrol, monitor entrances, prepare reports, assist people, and respond to emergencies with professional,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• 18+ years old (21 for armed posts).
• Must operate radio/console and communicate with the public.
• Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in emergencies.
• Warn violators of infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect property and ensure proper removal.
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; keep logs.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
