Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Branch Flex Officer to safeguard clients across healthcare, education, and more. You will work 30–40 hours weekly with a variable schedule through our Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program, including irregular shifts on short notice.

You will perform patrols, monitor entrances, file reports, assist customers, and respond to emergencies. This role offers growth opportunities within a national security leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police in case of fire or unauthorized presence.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property.
• Investigate incidents and maintain written logs as required.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
