Blazer Jobs is seeking a fully credentialed Adaptive Physical Education (APE) Teacher to join our team in the San Francisco area. This is a full-time, itinerant position supporting students across school settings.

This role requires a valid California teaching credential and appropriate authorization to provide APE services in California. You will travel between school sites, collaborate with school teams and families, and document services to support students' development.

Qualifications

• Valid California teaching credential required.
• Appropriate credentialing/authorization to provide Adaptive Physical Education services in California.
• Previous experience working with students with disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with school teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Adaptive Physical Education services to students with varying physical and developmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualized physical education programs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, service providers, and families.
• Travel between assigned school sites as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service records.
• Support students in achieving individualized educational and physical development goals.
