• Prepare daily lesson plans aligned to NYS Common Core Standards.
• Incorporate IEP objectives into each student's program.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of developmental disabilities and impact on performance.
• Assess student needs and develop individualized physical education programs.
• Develop Adaptive Physical Education Curriculum for students with autism and other disabilities.
• Prepare daily lesson plans aligned to NYS Common Core Standards and IEP goals.
• Incorporate goals and clinical recommendations into each student's program.
• Supervise all physical education activities and coordinate staff interactions with students.
