Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in philanthropy or related field with multiyear funding experience.
• Strong ability to develop and implement complex strategies.
• Proven data analysis skills to support decisions.
• Excellent communicator with diverse audiences.
• Team-oriented leader who can work in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop Adaptive Philanthropy strategy with stakeholders, using grants, TA, and convenings.
• Manage grants portfolio lifecycle from planning to review and reporting.
• Guide grantees with subject-matter expertise, risk assessment, and network access.
• Lead convenings, monitor progress, ensure compliance, and report impact to leadership.
