Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience, including 6+ years in philanthropy with multiyear flexible funding expertise.
• Proven ability to develop and govern complex strategies with strong data analysis.
• Organized leader who thrives in ambiguity and communicates across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner to develop and implement Adaptive Philanthropy strategies using grantmaking, TA and convenings.
• Manage full grants portfolio lifecycle from planning to review and reporting.
• Support grantee outcomes through guidance, risk assessment and network access.
• Lead convenings, monitor progress, ensure compliance and report impact.
