Responsibilities

• Instruct students to develop skills enabling independent participation.
• Provide consultation to regular and special education teachers on Adapted Physical Education needs.
• Collaborate with IEP team to provide a meaningful program.
• Create programs aligned to assessed needs and student goals.
• Prepare equipment and materials for Adapted Physical Education.
• Conduct assessments focusing on long- and short-term student needs.
