Plan and conduct activities for a balanced program of instruction with observation and investigation.
Provide developmentally and academically appropriate opportunities that foster curiosity and problem-solving.
Create a dynamic classroom environment relevant to students' development and curriculum.
Select materials and equipment suitable for instructional programs.
Model positive behavior and manage the classroom daily with staff collaboration.
Collaborate with staff to plan services for students and families.
Assist in parent involvement and communications through meetings and newsletters.
Advocate for parents to access resources and support services as needed.
Ensure compliance with policies and proper documentation.
