• Assists in developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
• Maintains accurate documentation of patient care and observations.
• Educates patients and families on health maintenance and post-discharge care.
• Participates in infection control and safety protocols.
• Assists with basic procedures within scope of practice.
• Supports orientation and training of new staff or nursing students.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Prepares and maintains equipment and supplies for patient care.
• Responds to medical emergencies and supports code team interventions.
