• Provides specially designed instruction aligned with each student's IEP.
• Develops and monitors IEPs and serves as case manager.
• Delivers instruction aligned to North Carolina Extended Content Standards.
• Plans functional academics, communication, social skills, and independent living skills.
• Supervises instructional assistants and collaborates with related service providers.
• Maintains educational records per federal/state requirements.
• Communicates progress with parents/guardians.
