Job summary

Olberding Brand Family is seeking an Adaptive Artist to bridge design and production art for packaging and collateral. You will convert customer artwork into press-ready files, maintain design integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a production art environment.

The role requires strong Adobe Illustrator skills, experience with packaging, and the ability to translate concepts into print-ready files across multiple media while supporting brand standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced skills using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of consumer products packaging, design, production artwork and print services.

Responsibilities

• Implement designs for packaging, collateral, POP materials, direct mail, and digital solutions.
• Ensure brand guidelines and graphic standards across artwork.
• Work from concept to final production stages and maintain brand standards.
