Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE in Birmingham, AL seeks an Associate II - Regulatory Support to serve as the primary ADA compliance contact for ADA Group InForce Operations and co-insured business.

You will conduct legal and regulatory research, support in-force operations such as POA reviews, ownership and beneficiary changes, conservatorship matters, trusts, and other probate-related tasks, and respond to regulatory audits and inquiries.

Qualifications

• ADA compliance knowledge and experience.
• Ability to perform regulatory research and analysis.
• Experience responding to audits or inquiries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ADA compliance support contact for ADA Group InForce Operations and co-insured business.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research; support in-force operations (e.g., POA reviews, ownership/beneficiary changes, conservatorship matters, trusts).
• Respond to regulatory audits and inquiries; assist with state reporting requirements; review ADA claim files for guideline, SOC, and policy compliance.
