• Experience with ADA Title II compliance and accessibility programs.
• Ability to interpret federal and state accessibility standards.
• Strong collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance with purpose: evaluate policies, programs, services, and facilities to identify barriers and drive solutions.
• Translate regulations into action: provide clear guidance to departments on accessibility requirements.
• Train and build accountability: develop and deliver training on accessibility and compliance.
• Manage data with precision: maintain records, track requests, monitor corrective actions, and prepare progress reports.
• Collaborate with City departments, HR, project teams, and stakeholders to advance equitable access.
