Job summary

BBG Ventures, LLC is seeking a part-time contract attorney in California to conduct initial consultations with potential clients regarding defense of claimed ADA violations. Clients are owners of businesses, commercial properties, and e-commerce websites.

You will handle some cases on behalf of the business, website owner, or real estate owner, with a contract-to-hire possibility. The role offers 10-30 hours per week, compensation at $60-$100 per hour, and requires active California Bar

Qualifications

• Great people skills and willingness to train regarding claims filed under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
• Claim types include- ADA claim concerns disability access to commercial property and physical structures, as well as ADA claim concerns websites and how to make them accessible to persons with visual disabilities.
• Must have a clear, concise and commanding communication style and comfortable speaking with potential clients directly.

• Must hold an active California Bar License
• Must live in Orange, Los Angeles, or Riverside counties
